We want you to be fully satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it unconditionally within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that due to the large size and special nature of furniture products, the return process requires strict compliance with the following terms to ensure the safety and integrity of the goods.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
- The furniture is brand new, unused, and has not been assembled (if assembly is required). If the product is delivered pre-assembled, it must remain in its original assembled state without any disassembly or modification.
- The original packaging (including cartons, foam, protective film, and other shockproof materials) is intact and undamaged. Missing or damaged original packaging may affect the return eligibility or result in a packaging compensation fee.
- No scratches, dents, stains, or signs of wear are present on the furniture surface. No additional accessories (such as screws, hardware, manuals, etc.) are missing.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or order confirmation email) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance/final sale furniture merchandise
- Customized or personalized furniture (e.g., made-to-measure solid wood tables, custom-upholstered sofas, furniture with personalized engravings)
- Furniture that has been assembled, modified, or used (including but not limited to placing items on the surface, installing additional parts, or altering the structure)
- Furniture returned after the 7-day window
- Furniture damaged due to improper transportation, storage, or use by the buyer
Exchange Options
If you need a different size, color, or model of the furniture, you have two options:
- Request an exchange (subject to stock availability). Please note that the exchanged item must be of the same or higher value; if it is of higher value, you need to make up the price difference.
- Return the item for a refund and place a new order separately. We recommend contacting customer service before placing a new order to confirm stock status.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
- Buyer’s responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind, dislike of the item, or incorrect purchase decision), the buyer shall bear all return shipping costs. This includes costs for packaging, handling, and transportation of large furniture. Additionally, if the original packaging is lost or damaged, the buyer may need to bear the packaging replacement fee.
- Seller’s responsibility: If the return is caused by product defects (e.g., cracked wood, damaged upholstery, missing parts), quality issues (e.g., uneven table surface, unstable sofa structure), or incorrect item delivery (e.g., wrong model, wrong color), we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange professional logistics for pickup.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing time takes 3–7 business days after we receive, inspect, and confirm the eligibility of your returned furniture.
- Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. For large-value furniture refunds, the capital arrival time may be extended appropriately, please be patient.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect furniture, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue (e.g., “the tabletop has a 5cm crack”, “the sofa leg is missing”)
- Clear photo or video evidence of the problem (including the overall furniture, defective parts, and packaging)
After verifying the information, we will provide you with the following solutions: 1) Arrange a free replacement of the defective part or the entire furniture; 2) Issue a full refund without returning the item (for minor defects that do not affect use); 3) Arrange for the defective item to be picked up and issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order details (order number, product name) and the detailed reason for return.
- Wait to receive your return instructions, including the designated return address, packaging requirements, and logistics contact information (for seller-responsible returns, we will arrange pickup; for buyer-responsible returns, we will provide recommended logistics channels).
- Package the furniture strictly according to the return instructions (use shockproof materials to avoid secondary damage during transportation), ship the item back, and provide the tracking number to our customer service team.
- We will inspect the returned furniture within 3 business days after receipt. If the return is eligible, we will process your refund promptly.
